JSC Dalur has signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of industry, transport, communications and energy of Russia's Kurgan Region on the development of uranium mining.

JSC Dalur is part of ARMZ, the uranium mining subsidiary of State Nuclear Corporation ROSATOM. ARMZ said the agreement aims to expand JSC Dalur's "raw material base" through development of the Khokhlovskiy deposit in the Shumikhinsky District and the Dobrovolniy deposit in the Zverinogolovsky District. Both districts are in the Kurgan Region.

JSC Dalur produced 590 metric tonnes of uranium in 2015 and aims to produce 591 mtU this year.
