Joint Stock Company AEM-technology is one of leading Russian companies in power engineering. It was founded in 2007 and is incorporated in JSC Atomenergomash (Mechanical Engineering Division of ROSATOM). The Company manufactures essential equipment set for the NPP reactor hall. JSC AEM-technology has two branches: in Petrozavodsk and Volgodonsk.

It has been created for joint development and further commercialization of the lead-bismuth fast neutron reactor technology (SVBR). JSC AKME-engineering has the intellectual property rights for the SVBR technology and is a competence center for implementation of the projects of construction multi-functional nuclear power complexes in the global energy market. The SVBR-based projects meet requirements for reactor technologies of the Generation IV, have the high safety level which is achieved due to intrinsic safety which is based on advantages of the heavy metal coolant.

Atomstroyexport (Engineering Division of ROSATOM) incorporates leading design and engineering companies of the sector – JSC Engineering Company ASE (Nizhniy Novgorod), JSC Atomstroyexport (Moscow), JSC Atomenergoproekt (Moscow) and JSC ATOMPROEKT (Saint-Petersburg). It is one the leaders of world’s nuclear engineering business having 31% of the global NPP construction market. ASE’s representation offices, branches and operating offices operate in the territory of 15 countries. Nearly 80% of the orders portfolio falls with projects abroad. It implements projects in design and construction of large power NPPs, RAW and SNF management facilities, thermal energy facilities as well as renders full range of EPC, EPC(M) and PMC services for any complex engineering facilities. ASE is a designer and it actively implements the innovative project management system for construction of complex engineering facilities – MultiD – which allows for more efficient management of such parameters as budget, due dates and quality.
Specialized engineering company, formed in 2001 for comprehensive solution of the issues related to pre-contractual operations supervision, construction, operation, modernization and decommissioning of foreign NPP power units. JSC ATEX is in possession of a required package of licenses and permits for its activities implementation both in the RF territory and abroad. JSC ATEX is staffed with well-trained specialists experienced in performance of nuclear power projects commissioning operations in the RF and abroad. In 2016 JSC ATEX integrated with JSC Rusatom Service which is at present the main stockowner and a managing company of the association. Within the structure of the joint with JSC Rusatom Service integrated technical-commercial proposals for construction and operation of NPP in the framework of SC Rosatom work flow chart, JSC ATEX proposes comprehensive support services rendering to operating companies in the course of foreign NPP power units commissioning, operation, modernization, operation lifetime extension. JSC Chepetsk Mechanical Plant (JSC CMP, Glazov) produces structural materials and complete parts for fuel assemblies, products for enterprises of nuclear power, chemical, petrochemical and gas, and medical industries. JSC CMP is the world largest and only in Russia manufacturer of items of zirconium and its alloys, hafnium, calcium and low-temperature superconducting materials. It holds leading positions in production of niobium, titanium and alloys on its base. JSC CMP is part of Fuel Company of ROSATOM TVEL.

Joint Stock Company ‘United Heat and Power Company’ (OTEK) was established in 2013 as a division of ROSATOM which manages non-nuclear power and utilities assets. Company’s strategic tasks include further enhancement of performance of non-nuclear power complexes. Today, OTEK manages five TPPs, 69 boiler houses and 13,000 km of electricity supply grids across Russia. The private institution for digitalization of nuclear industry Tsifrum is part of ROSATOM as the digital competences center. It has been founded to implement digital competences in the sector and integrate actual approaches into the methodology of development of digital products and support of implementation of ROSATOM’s Uniform Digital Strategy. In the framework of the implementation of the strategy, Tsifrum renders assistance to internal digitalization of ROSATOM. Also, it performs some coordination functions of ROSATOM participation in the National Program “Digital Economy of Russia”.
TVEL Fuel Company of ROSATOM incorporates enterprises for the fabrication of nuclear fuel, conversion and enrichment of uranium, production of gas centrifuges, as well as research and design organizations. It is the only supplier of nuclear fuel for Russian nuclear power plants. TVEL Fuel Company of ROSATOM provides nuclear fuel for 73 power reactors in 13 countries worldwide, research reactors in eight countries, as well as transport reactors of the Russian nuclear fleet.
The United Innovation Corporation is the ROSATOM subsidiary engaged in the construction and fitting out of radionuclide diagnostic centres, both fixed and mobile, and of radionuclide diagnostic departments at medical institutions.
Ural Electromechanical Plant (FSUE UEMZ) is one of the leading manufacturing enterprises of ROSATOM. The plant is well-known as a supplier of electrical equipment for nuclear power plants and enterprises of the fuel and energy sector. Its products for civil applications are based on in-house developments and have modern exterior, original schematic and engineering solutions, high-quality components and user-friendly design.
Moscow-based JSC VetroOGK is a company under the management of JSC NovaWind registered by ROSATOM in September 2017 to consolidate efforts in the Wind Energy area. Within JSC NovaWind JSC VetroOGK is responsible for wind farms construction and operation. JSC VetroOGK is a member of the Association NP Market Council and included in the register of wholesale electricity and power market subjects (OREM). As a result of successful participation in the tender to select projects to build wind power facilities, JSC VetroOGK will construct 1GW of wind farms till 2022. First wind farms will be located in the south of Russia. In the Republic of Adygeya there will be Adygeiskaya WPP with the total capacity of 150 MW; WPPs are planned in Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories.
