On the 16th of May, 2018, during the 10th International forum ATOMEXPO-2018, the round table “Energy Storage Systems applications in Renewable Energy and Electric Transport” will take place. The event is organised by TVEL Fuel Company of ROSATOM within the track “New Energy”.
The moderator of the round table is the chief of the Innovations Development Project Centre of the Strategic Elaboration Centre Dmitry Kholkin. Among participants, there are representatives of Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Power Engineering of the Russian Federation, and representatives of companies interested in development of energy storage systems such as SAFT, Ener-Z, European Batteries, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC RusHydro, PJSC KAMAZ, Russkiye Avtobusy – Gruppa GAZ (Russian Buses – Group GAZ, Rus.), CJSC TROLZA etc.
The participants will be informed of the development of the best global energy storage systems approaches practices and discuss government’s role in this process. A discussion of measures on power storage systems industry promotion in Russia is planned. Such measures will enable to accelerate development of this promising direction.
The round table is on the 16th of May, 2018, in the hall “Zelyony” of the Main media centre, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
