On May 5, 2021 the Rosatom Corporate Academy received high accolades at the Global CCU Awards (Global Council of Corporate Universities), a prestigious international award. The Academy took first place and received the Gold Award in the “Business impact & Agility in uncertainty” category. The awards ceremony was held as part of the GlobalCCU Forum 2021 that brought together leaders of the largest corporate universities from all over the world on its online platform. A total of 17 top corporate universities from 8 countries received awards.
As part of the Forum's business program, more than ten experts in the field of corporate training shared their best practices and methods of personnel training and development. Yulia Uzhakina, Director General of the Rosatom Corporate Academy, spoke at the session on the adaption of corporation universities to new operating conditions during the pandemic. The "My Remarkable Mistake" sessions launched at ROSATOM drew particular attention of the international community for their contribution to establishing a culture of transparency and opennessculture.
