The Management Board comprises 16 persons.
1. The Management Board is ROSATOM’s collective executive body. It includes Director General of ROSATOM, serving as an ex officio member of the board, and other board members. The board is headed by Director General;
2. The appointments and dismissals of the Management Board members are proposed by Director General and approved by the Supervisory Board. The Board members work full-time in ROSATOM or are employees of ROSATOM’s organizations, joint-stock companies and their subsidiaries, as well as subordinate enterprises.
3. The Management Board is governed by the Federal Law and the Regulations, established by the Supervisory Board.
4. Board meeting protocols are signed by the Chairperson of the meeting and can be shared with the members of the Supervisory Board, members of the Auditing Commission, and the external audit organization upon request.
5. The Management Board meetings are organized by ROSATOM’s Director General or a person appointed by Director General.
