A plenary “Human-Centered Approach for the Sustainable Development and Technology Independence” will take place within 12th International Forum ATOMEXPO-2022 in Sochi, November 21.
The event will be attended by representatives of IAEA, NUTEK Energy Consulting, Technology and Industry Inc., Minskenergo, Khalifa University, Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), and ROSATOM.
Experts will discuss values, specific practices, and prospects for the development of a human-centered approach in our country and abroad. Tatiana Terentyeva, Deputy CEO for Human Resources at ROSATOM, will share practices that enable an effective response to current challenges. Gül Bahire Göktepe, President of the Turkish Women's Atomic Association, will present an analysis of changes in the human-centered approach in society, business and government activities. Steve Griffiths, Senior Vice President for Research and Development at Khalifa University, will talk about the transformation of higher education and training programs that require implementation in higher education today. Moreover, experts will address research projects and reasons for the global transformation of the labor market towards a human-centered approach.
