A youth program will be organized with the support of Rosatom Corporate Academy within 12th International Forum ATOMEXPO-2022 in Sochi, November 21-22. BRICS Youth Energy Agency will be its partner this year.
The tasks of ATOMEXPO-2022 youth program include the development of an international youth community that will promote the clean energy and technology agenda, the scaling up of partnerships with BRICS Youth Energy Agency and the African Young Professionals in Nuclear (AYGN), and the planning of joint activities for 2023.
100 foreign delegates from the countries of BRICS, CIS and Africa, and 50 Russian nuclear industry employees will take part in the youth program. A program for the development of an international business association in cooperation with more than 15 partner countries in 2023 will be organized for them. Young people will work in issue-related groups, such as “Technologies of New Opportunities: How Innovations Change People's Lives”, “Africa: the Territory of Cooperation and Technology Development”, “Power Engineering of the Global South: BRICS Answers to Global Challenges”, and “Youth Business Initiatives for Sustainable Future”. The results will be presented to the forum's guests of honor.
